To help you turn your homeownership dreams into a reality:

We’ll start with a call to discuss your unique goals and challenges. I’ll answer all your questions and summarize the steps required to get you to the closing table.
I will review your credit report, income, and bank statements to determine where you currently stand. Knowing all the pieces of the puzzle helps me create a personalized plan that’s right for you.
I will list all the steps you need to take in order of importance. The steps will include paying down debts, saving for a down payment, and cleaning up your credit history. You will know exactly what to do and when.
After I send you your personalized plan, we’ll schedule another call to discuss each step in detail. During this call I’ll let you know what you’ll qualify for once your tasks are completed – giving you a goal to focus on.
I will call you every 30-45 days to check your progress. We will adjust as needed to make sure you stay on course. You can contact me anytime if you have questions or concerns along the way.
Preparing for loan approval generally takes about 6 months, but I’ll work with you for as long as it takes. As long as you’re engaged and doing your part, I’ll be working alongside you.
Once you have completed all of your tasks and your income, credit, and assets are in order, I’ll submit your loan to underwriting to obtain your loan approval.
When your loan approval is received, I’ll pair you with a top-notch real estate agent to help you find your perfect home.
After you find your perfect home, I will finalize your loan in underwriting and be there at the closing table when you receive your keys.

I knew I wanted one, but my credit wasn't that great, and my income was a concern considering the cost of housing. I filled out the online application and Havana was on the phone with me that day, assuring me that even if my credit wasn't ready she would help get me there. She took my hand(figuratively)  and held it from start to finish. They did just about everything for me, including putting me in touch with a local agent. We couldn't find what we were looking for in the Brevard market. I got a referral to one in the Gainesville area where property in the country was more reasonably priced. Havana and Wendy were so supportive that they are more like my favorite aunties now 😁 Any time an issue popped up they were in contact with me, usually with a solution already in hand. They made sure my mortgage stayed where I could afford it. At no point was I pushed to get a bigger house or payment than I wanted. They were patient with me while we located our perfect home, making sure I knew that they were still there for me if I need anything after the purchase was complete, from problems with the house to insurance. If I ever need to refinance or buy another house I will be calling them. They really did rise above my expectations!
