- I will review your credit report, income, and bank statements to determine where you currently stand. Knowing all the pieces of the puzzle helps me create a personalized plan that’s right for you.
- I will list all the steps you need to take in order of importance. The steps will include paying down debts, saving for a down payment, and cleaning up your credit history. You will know exactly what to do and when.
- After I send you your personalized plan, we’ll schedule another call to discuss each step in detail. During this call I’ll let you know what you’ll qualify for once your tasks are completed – giving you a goal to focus on.
- I will call you every 30-45 days to check your progress. We will adjust as needed to make sure you stay on course. You can contact me anytime if you have questions or concerns along the way.
- Preparing for loan approval generally takes about 6 months, but I’ll work with you for as long as it takes. As long as you’re engaged and doing your part, I’ll be working alongside you.
- Once you have completed all of your tasks and your income, credit, and assets are in order, I’ll submit your loan to underwriting to obtain your loan approval.
- When your loan approval is received, I’ll pair you with a top-notch real estate agent to help you find your perfect home.
- After you find your perfect home, I will finalize your loan in underwriting and be there at the closing table when you receive your keys.
